[Dutch] This publication is my master-thesis. I approached it as publication and did the typedesign accordingly to stray away from the unapproachable academic writing.
Stil Staan is a plea for passivity, a plea for this never-ending rush to end. Addressing multiple aspects starting from the societal point of view on time and waiting and ending up with the philosophical aspect an NPC might experience during his time of passivity.
This academic format is accompanied by poetry by a.o. Rilke and Homeros, but also with personal notes and scribbles from my notebook on the topic of time and the personal relation to it.
